Everytime I print, I get a page with these information: Filename, directory,
template, title, subject, author date, number of characters. What is this
and how do I get rid off?

In File, Print dialog box, ensure that the 'PRINT WHAT' drop down has
DOCUMENT selected and not DOCUMENT PROPERTIES.

OK, same box (print dialog) click the options button (Bottom left, just below
Print What and Print drop-downs) ensure that the checkbox next to Document
Properties (under INCLUDE WITH DOCUMENT) is empty.
