Have you opened your printer queue to check what if any documents
are in the queue ? Printers have memory just like a computer. The
Spooler acts like a "Middle-Man" who hands off pieces of the doc to
the memory in the printer. When a document fails to print it sits at the
top of the queue preventing other subsequently queued documents
from printing. To view double-click the printer icon. You can Right
Click any document and choose Cancel to remove that item.
Print Spooler is a system service ( a program without a Window ).
You should check Services.Msc to make sure the service is running &
set to an Automatic start mode.
When posting it would help to mention the Vendor & model number
of the printer. You may just need to install the latest driver and support
software for the printer.
