I know this is a little off base, but I'm desperate -
I have a Hewlett Packard L7680 all-in-one printer/fax/etc. My computer
(Dell 3000) hates it.

I have tried the HP help, but I simply can't understand what they say
(verbally or in writing) about 2/3rds of the time. What I do understand
often doesn't make much sense.

My question - anybody know of a forum anyplace for these printers? I have
surfed quite a bit, but haven't found one.

Again, I'm off base and I know it - won't happen again.

Thanks for the comeback -
My latest is I would like to select another folder as the default scan
folder. The HP puts installs a scan folder by itself and uses it. Very
unhandy if you do a lot of scanning.

Forgot to mention WinXP SP2

Sorry, don't know the answer to that one.

hp provides two sets of "forums" that support their equipment, including
printers.

The "business support forums" which appear to be slightly more
user-oriented:
http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupport/home.do?forumId=2

and the "IT Resource Center forums" which hp says are for "for System,
Network, & Help Desk Administrators and other IT Professionals"
http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/home.do
