Printer Setup

I have workgroup between Station A and Station B. I have a
duplicate account on both stations. I set up a Hp
photosmart 1000 Printer on A. I installed it as network
printer on B. All the users on B except my account on B
cannot use the printer and the printer does not show up on
thier Printer and Faxes window. And they cannot install it
probably because they are not administrators. I want them
to print but why cant they get the printer but my account
only can see it. Do they also need a duplicate account on
Station A? Please help
