Printer(s) "Falls Off" Network for One Workstation

We have a Dell Windows 2000 workstation that has been
placed into service but showing the following problem:

Intermittently, a printer in our warehouse becomes
unavailable to this very busy and business critical PC.
The connection may be restored by rebooting the PC but
often this is not an option. When an attempt is made to
re-map the printer we find that all networked printers are
not showing in the directory. Note: During the time that
this printer is unavailable on the Dell, it is available
and working on all other workstations. It would also be
worthy of noting that two other systems were transitioned
into our network without problems.

I am looking for a fix for this problem or ideas!

Thanks for any help!

Yes, I am seeing this:

Event ID: 33

The PrintQueue Container could not be found because the
DNS Domain name could not be retrieved. Error: 54b

Also noticed:

Event ID: 33

The PrintQueue Container could not be found because the
DNS Domain name could not be retrieved. Error: 54b

Hmmm, do you suppose the workstation has an intermittent
network error?

Oops, meant that I had also noticed this:

Event ID: 54

The Windows Time Service was not able to find a Domain
Controller. A time and date update was not possible.
