PRINTER PROBLEMS

I JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED FROM 98SE TO XP AND DOING SO
HAVE LOST SOME OF THE FEATURES I USED TO HAVE ON MY HP
PSC 500 MULTI PURPOSE PRINTER.I HAVE USED MC'S NEW XP
DRIVER INSTALATION WITH NO LUCK. PLEASE HELP.

mine did not have problem. just plug/play and im

Please turn your Caps Lock OFF. It's considered shouting, is extremely rude
and makes the posting difficult to read.

If you kept the printer connected during the upgrade, you probably have
corrupted drivers. Follow the instructions at
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm
and uninstall and reinstall the printer.
