I had problems installing my printer on Windows XP. The
printer technician told me it had to do with a Microsoft
Service Pack. I called the computer technician and he
said it was also the service pack but nothing he could do
about it. When I turn on my computer I get a message that
says new hardware to install and I get the hardware
installation wizard. When I click on cancel everything is
fine. I would like to know how to get rid of the hardware
wizard that opens up everytime I turn on the computer.
Thanks
