Printer problems

A TS client gets this error message when trying to print
to their Brother MFC4800 multi function device:

Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 3003
(0xbbb).

Any ideas what might be causing this error?

Try using a different driver on the terminal server.
Either update the driver (not recommended) or edit your
ntprint.inf file to force the terminal server to use a
different driver altogether.

As a rule, any multifunction center is going to give you
problems. I had the same 4800 that I fought with for 2
months. We replaced it with a standard laser printer &
all problems went away. BTW, same thing happened with an
MFC8500 & one of the HP All-In-Ones.
