Printer problems with Access 2002 runtime

Hi - I have an access 2002 runtime app (mde).
A user has rung up saying they cannot print to
a Kyocera Mita KM-1650 printer. When they
try a standard Epson bubble jet it works fine.

What happens is that when I print a report the report
is shown on the screen then the windows "Printing" dialog
box is shown. The print job appears in the windows printer
job list but the Access 2002 app sits there waiting with
the print dialog an nothing happens.

Has anyone experienced this problem?
Any suggestions on a fix?

Thankyou
Luke

Test the Kyocera Mita KM-1650 printer with Notepad.

Yes that works fine printing from notepad and excel etc.
Just seems something funny with Access 2002 runtime and this printer type.

I'm not doing anything tricky in the report and it prints fine on a
different printer.

I have recommended updating drivers etc but not luck.

I see a site visit in your future. My suspicion would be that the printer is
requesting a special paper or hand fed paper.
