printer notification

am using xp pro on workstation; server is nt 4.0;
printing to hp laser jet 4050 (on network). each time i
print, a pop up appears that says "printer notification"
and i have to click ok to get rid of message...how do i
stop this from happening?

I am having the same problem with Printer Notification... Do you have a solution how to shut it off
