Printer Migration 3.1 utility

Does anyone know where I can find a white paper that
explains how to use this utility?
I am trying to Migrate an existing Windows 2000 Print
Server to a Windows 2000 Cluster.

I downloaded the utility but when I do a backup and
restore to the Target Server the printers do not seem to
be migrated.

Make sure you restore to the cluster node or virtual
servername of the cluster.
