Printer margins

I have installed a database onto a clients PC but am having problems with
the printer margins on the reports.

I have designed the report to have printer margines of 6mm. The report works
fine with my PC & printer but when installed onto the clients and try to set
the left margin to 6mm it continually defaults to 11.5mm.

Why does this happen and how can I make the left margin permanently 6mm?

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

Thanks for your reply Fred

I realised after I had sent the posting that I should have included the
version.
I am using Access2003.

Do you know what else the problem may be?

John.
