printer lost on reboot

Every time I reboot my Win2k system my local printer stops
working. In the past I have simply deleted the printer,
and re-added the printer. Suddenly this has stopped being
helpful.

The printer is on and functions just fine. Its plugged
in, etc.

HELP!!????!?!?

try moving the print spool folder
