Printer Help

Hi All
I am running a 2- 2000 DC and all XP pro WS
I would like workstations to load a printer shared the server so I can
monitor the print que etc.
Because I work at a school with users logging in from a domain I want it to
be machine specific not user specific.
I have placed all the workstations in there location related OU's in AD
that need that printer
How do I go about loading the shared printer to the group of workstations in
that OU when users logon.
Any links to info would also be great
