printer access

After promoting a win 2000 stand alone server to Domain
Controller and setting up DNS with the servers IP as
primary DNS. When you login to a Win XP wkst through the
domain, that has a printer connected to it and shared, you
do not have any access to the properties such as deleting
the printer or unsharing but if you logout and login to
name computer then you have access,what setting is
missing.
 
My guess would be the difference in the domain membership. Try and login as
Domain\Administrator and see if you have the same issue. If you don't then
add your user to the domain admins, or give you domain user local admin
access.
