printable area

I want to print a multi-page merged document [many sections] but Word stop
for every section to inform me that the "margins are outside the printable
area" . I say "ignore" and the page prints fine.

I am trying to override the margin message so I don't have to say "ignore"
for many hundred page merged files.

Word reports what the printer driver tells it about the document. A solution
may be to examine the merge source document and try and print that. Fix the
reported margin error and then re-merge to a new document. There have,
however been some issues relating to some HP printer drivers. If the former
doesn't fix it and you have an HP, see if there is a suitable driver at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/
