Print/view problems

Word 2002 is treating all my documents as if they are only one page long,
even though there is more. My document is 185 lines long, but in "Print
Layout" view it only shows the first page. It is not allowing me to scroll;
it's as if there are no other pages.

Strangely, if I switch to "Normal" view I can see all the text (which
obviously is more than one page.) But it won't 'print preview' or print
anything but that first page.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi, -JB. In your Word document, click on Format | Columns | One | Apply to:
Whole document | OK. Even if "One" already appears to be selected, click it
anyway. Does that help?

Go to Format | Columns, click on the One picture, and OK out.

Yes that works, you're amazing! I've been searching all over for a fix! (Is
is possible I've set that as a default somewhere, or in my template, that I
can change back?)

Hi, -JB. If you have this problem with all of your documents, then you
can fix it by changing your normal.dot template in the same way. In
Word, click on Tools | Options | File Locations. Note the folder
designated for "User Templates". That's where your normal.dot file is
located (it is a hidden file in newer versions of Word).
