Print user name as a mandatory field

Hello All,

Here's the peculiar task... I have to configure all printers in a corporate
environment to _mandatory_ print user name or other user identifier
(username is the best) on EVERY page of every print job. This is not a page
separator...

Any ideas how to implement it? Maybe you know some third party tools to do
the job?

All servers are Windows 2003/2000. Majority of the clients are Windows XP.

Maybe set up some kind of "web print" arraignment so it reformat the
page layout before it gets to the printer and pastes the "info" in the
header or footer similar to a fax machine.

Do you know any printer drivers or utilities realizing this possibility?

Yes fax machine is a good example of what I am trying to accomplish.
