Print to file

Excel won't let me print. When I try to print, it automatically comes up with
"Print to file" and when I press cancel, it cancels everything. Print to file
is not selected on the print page but it keeps doing this and I can"t get
around it.

DavidA, try going to File, Print and see if you have a check mark on the
"Print to File" which is on the right side of that screen towards the middle.

i have made sure there is not check mark and it still tries to "print to
file" with no check mark.

On your print dialog window, is the name of the printer the same as it
is for the other MicroSoft programs, which I assume include Word?

If so, try checking that "print to file" box, then try to print. If it
doesn't print, open the print dialog window again and uncheck the box.
