Are you printing from Access the Microsoft Database Program? Even if
you are, I suggest this is more of a Window's system question than a program
question. In any case you will likely need to have the same printer driver
on both machines or things could get messed up on the way.
You also may want to save to a text file.
I would suggest you may want to save a file and open that same file on
the new machine and print from there assuming they have a program that can
read the file.
