Print Spooler Service Stopped

Someone at my the office I am a consultant for uninstalled Adobe Photoshop
and also seemed to stop the print spooling service. Now I can't install a
printer on the box. Any ideas?
 
Yes, that works, but when I open microsoft word, the spooler crashes and then
you have to restart it.

Someone uninstalled Adobe Photoshop on this box, and since then it has been
doing this thing with the print spooler.

any ideas?
 
have you attempted reinstalling Adobe PS and try printer, and then
Uninstall Adobe with the uninstaller? it may be someone uninstalled by
deleting files?
