Print Server

I have a home wireless network. Until last week, I had a laptop in
the bedroom with my HP LaserJet connected to it via parallel port. My
bedroom computer crashed and I don't intend to replace it. My good
laptop, which I use in my living room goes online via my wireless
network. Is there a piece of hardware I can purchase to which I can
plug in my LaserJet via parallel cable, then plug that hardware into
my wireless router in my bedroom, allowing me to print from my laptop
in the living room?

There are plenty of print servers out there.
But since you said it was an HP LaserJet you might want to see if your
flavor of laserjet can take an HP Jet Direct card. This basically would
give your printer an Ethernet port to plug into your router. If it has
this it will work much better than a parallel port to Ethernet adapter
since it can talk directly to your print engine. What flavor of HP
LaserJet do you have?

These cards can be had used on E-bay fairly cheap.
