print selection of multiple files from explorer fails after first

I am trying to print multiple files using the windows explorer right mouse
click and taking the "print" option. The first file will print but
subsequent files do not print especially when the files are all of the same
type. MS Word seems to work OK but printing several PDF files will fail
after the first file prints correctly.

I also noticed that although ther is a "Printto" in the association type it
is not shown in the right click windo or file menu.

The file associating for acrobat printto:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" /t "%1" "%2" "%3"
"%4"
