print screne not function

i hAVE windows xp dont know what you mean by embedde?
what is it? my question is . my print screne doesnt
work.ipress print screne and then try to past into a
word document it does not work
i had a danish keyboard and now put in an american maybe
it has changed place put i cannot make it work have
tired with several keys around the print screne and it
doenst work
do you have any idea what to do?
