print que

P

Paul Edwards

I have added a shared printer to our Windows 2000 AD Domain. I have the
printer shared out to a few users.

There are no printing problems but when I look in the print que it lists all
of the previous print jobs. All print jobs print fine. I just seems to keep
a list in the que of all the previous print jobs. This is only happening on
one of the printers not all of them.

Any suggestions.

Thanks

Paul

There is usually an option in the driver properties on the server (usually
on the Advanced Tab) called Keep Printed Documents. If its checked, it will
keep all the documents in the list until you manually delete them.
