Print Preview Report on a form

I'm Using Access 2007.

I'd like to replicate the outlook style 'reading pane' interface where you
have a list on the left of records and a print preview of a report on the
right.

I can do this ok with forms, but would like to show a preview of a report
instead.

I do not believe this is possible, at least not as you put it.

You could generate a pdf, or snapshot and use the appropriate activex
control to give the preview. But this would require regenerating the file
whenever the data changes...
