Print Preview in Color

My boss has an excel document that she has been using for the past year.

Her computer has always been connected to a b&w printer, however she's
always been able to "print preview" in color. And recently when she tries to
preview in color it only shows in grey scale.

I've checked her computer settings, and under page setup there was no check
mark beside Black and White, nor draft.

She is really adament of the fact that she used to beable to view it in
color before, how come her settings have changed?

Can you help me please?

Thank you!

What you see in Print Preview will be dependent upon which printer is selected.

If printer is incapable of color printing you won't see color in Print Preview.

Perhaps she also had a dummy printer that was color and she selected that
printer for viewing then printed with the B & W printer?

I have one physical printer attached but also have 4 more installed through
Start>Setting>Printers and Faxes so's I can see what things look like on other
printers.
