Print preview in black and white.

Is it possible to print preview a document in black and white in MS word?

That's typically a function of your printer driver - check the printer
properties from the Print dialog.
 
Even if you choose B&W or grayscale printing in the printer Properties,
though, Word will still display the document in color in Print Preview.
