Print preview in accessxp

We recently upgraded some users from access 97 to access XP. All the
databases were upgraded and everything seems to be fine except for print
preview. Everytime anyone tries a print preview they get an error message
saying this function can not be completed. The client machines are a
combination of XPSP1 and XPSP2.

Do all those machines have a default printer defined?
