Print Preview and actual print is different that original doc

When attempting to print a doc in Word 2003, the actual print and the print
preview are different than the document. The original document contains text
box (w/shading) that does not appear in preview or in actual print

Go to Tools > Options > Print and check the box for "Drawing objects".
