How do I print just the first page of an email, or just highlighted text within an email message
When I do File / Print, I don't have an option to print anything other than the entire message or odd/even pages.

I have Outlook 2002. When I print an Email without
having highlighted anything, I get the same print options
you described. But if I highlight text in the Email that
I want to print, then press File > Print, I can now
choose to print the selected portion -- just what you
want to do, I think. Hope it works for you. WEB7

I have the 'new and improved' Outlook 2003
I can 'open' the mail. I can highlight some text. Still the only option on the print dialog box is to print the whole message.

You can print selected text in HTML format. Sorry, don't know of anything useful for printing selections of plain text messages.

If Word is your email editor, you could forward the plain text message and
then select and print in the forward.
