Print out dark with Paint shop pro 10 and Epson R300M ??

I can't work out why but only with Paint shop pro 10 and my Epson R300M
printer any print outs are always much darker than the original image.
Anyone any ideas why perhaps ?

How is your monitor calibrated and how have you implemented Color
Management in PSP?
