print on costomising sheet in winxp

Please how can I costomise dimention of my sheet in
windows XP? I have a printing paper with special dimention
and would like to use with Epson dfx 5000 but I don't have
any possibility to set the real lengh of my sheet in
printer driver.
Please if someone can help.

you will need to create a form. When the form is in the defined printable
area of the device, the new form will be available to the printer.
