It's from Lexmark. I think it monitors ink levels and perhaps notifies you
if the paper is jammed. Some printers install monitoring as a part of the
drivers. With others it will be a second installation done in addition to
the drivers. The manual for the printer or the Lexmark site probably have
more info about this.
