print menu not coming up

Pls help when I'm printing and I select printing from file to get more
printing options, the print menu does'nt come up it flashes at the bottom of
the word program then you minimise word then you can see the print menu only.
This is extremely anoining.

Hi, William. Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton
