Print margins, Outlook Express

J

Jack Zucker

When printing an e-mail message the margins are not
allowing the first two letters on each line to print. We
have just installed a new HP7130 All-in-one printer. The
HP tech support people say the problem is with Outlook
Express/Windows. The margin problem does not exist when
printing a document from Microsoft Word.
Please advise how to correct this problem.

Thank you,

Jack;

OE uses the IE print engine. Check your margins in Internet
Explorer.

Open IE | File | Page Setup | Margins

Go into internet explorer --click file--and do a page setup and/or font size.
Then go back and print your e-mail.
