Print Margins changes on Multiple users

I have a report that has several subreports. I have set
the left and right margins to .166 to squeeze the sub
reports on Portrait print(8.5 x 11). The application works
for most of the users, but I have 2 users that get the
error msg that the print is larger than the printable
area. When I check their printer defaults, their margins
are set as: Left .316 Right 4.07. I try to change the
defaults but the settings will not change. They use the
same printer, have the same Display settings as all the
other users, Help?

Problem solved! Users had their printer property
defaults set wrong.

It may be the same printer but they may have a different
driver version. It is usually the driver version that
determines the "required minimum margins"
