print job in queue spooling can't print it!

Go to the Print Monitor (nothing to do with Word) and unPause it.

Hewlett-Packard says the way to get rid of an item stuck in the queue
is to unplug the printer cable and turn off the printer and replug it
and turn it on. (Or vice versa.)
