Print heading row on multiple pages

I have to print a sheet of data which contains the data headings on ro
1. However when I go to print a hardcopy (and the data goes beyond
page) I cannot find a way to ensure the headings stay at the top o
pages 2, 3, 4 etc.

A simple problem but one which I can't find an answer to!

repeating row

Thanks for the reply, however I tried it and the section under "Prin
Titles" (in Page Setup) is greyed out. I did try to select "Row an
Column Headings" just beneath that but it did not work either.

What am I doing wrong

any chance your worksheet/workbook is protected or shared?

Are you trying to use Page setup from the Print preview screen?

If you are the page titles area is greyed out, but if you go into Pag
setup under the File menu from the sheet you should find that you ca
then access the page titles section.
