How do I keep heading so it prints on multiple pages

I want to print multiple pages using the same heading that is at the
beginning of a column without having to insert rows with the same heading at
a page break.

Go to File | Page Setup | Sheet tab and you will see that you can
specify Rows to Repeat at Top. Ensure that your print area excludes
these rows, otherwise they will be printed twice on the first page.

Hope this helps.

File, Page Setup and click on the Sheet tab. Click in the box 'Rows to repeat
at top' and select your row(s) on the worksheet.

File>Page Setup>Sheet>"Rows to repeat at top"

Enter 1:1 or point to the row(s) you want repeated.

Hi Pete,

Why the print area should exclude the rows to repeat at top? It will not be
printed twice even if it is included.

Go to File select "Page setup" select the "Sheet" tab and then click the "row
to repeat at top" text box and then select your heading row, and click on
text box againg and then click print.
