Print format with markup and comment

I have several comments in a large document. It prints fine, except the right
hand and bottom margins are much wider -- like 2 inches -- than what I have
set. If I do not view or print the comments, the margins remain the same
width as when I print them. I'd like to have the margins about 3/4 of an
inch. Can someone point me in the right direction, please? I can't find
reference to this in the faq's that I've reviewed. Thanks very much for any
help.

First, hide all the comments in screen view using the reviewing toolbar.
Then, in the Print dialog box, under Print What, select Document and not
Document Showing Markup.

Thank you very much, Peter. Your directions worked like a charm. I'm
grateful. Take care...Kim
