Hello -

I added this MS .bat file but now want to delete it and its entry in the
right-click menu entirely. I can't figure out how to delete the batch file.

Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.

Just use delete button on your keyboard when you have highlighted the
batch file in question. where have you saved this file? Make sure you
don't delete any systems critical files or your own important files!!.

Thanks for responding. Your suggestion deletes only the batch file, not
what it does - it doesn't delete the Print Directory Listing from the context
menu.

Thanks again.

Go to control panels/ Folder options/ File types/ File Folder/ Advanced and
remove the entry from there.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried that first thing: the delete and
remove options are both grey.

Thank you, Ramesh! That and the
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm site did it. Utilizing *18 and
*339 (right-hand corner) did it.

Grateful.

Hi,

Alternately, you can remove the entries from the registry directly.
