print data table list and list of OLD queries

I have to analyise an old access 97 db for upgrade, and I know i can print
out a copy of all data fields in a table in design view, but can not remember
how to do this, any help would be appreciated, driving me crazy use to do
this all the time.

Qould also like to print out list of all queries like above.

Appreciate help, as so much crap that has not been used for ages.

Try Tools - Analyze - Documenter.
Be sure to look behind the options button, there are a lot of settings which
will control how much information you'll get.
