print color

When using print, going to preferences to select print
quality, but I see no option for printing in black only. I
can print in any quality, but I still hate to use any
color when I don't need to. I have a HP psc 1210 all in
one, which I am assuming has nothing to do with it. Any
suggestions? thanks
