Word can print a list of the changes (set Print what: to "List of markup" in
the Print dialog box). This will show a list of what changes occur on each
page. Changes are not shown in context, but it does provide a quick printed
guide on where to look for changes.
If that's not useful for you, then you would need to write a macro.
