Print Balloon

When my users try to print a document no matter if its word or a .pdf or a
screen shot a balloon about the printing task pops up in the system tray. It
used to just pop the printer in there and you could click on it to open the
queue, now it has a balloon pop up to tell you all about what its printing
and who requested it. I am hoping there is a setting somewhere I am missing
to shut this option off. Can anyone help?
