Print as 'laid out on screen' option

Still trying to find out answer. Hp photosmat & HP 550printer.
Print> optons tab> 'as laid out on screen' option. Trying to print web page
as laid out on screen. Option is visible but not working. (CLICKING DOESN'T
WORK)
Uninstalled and reinstalled SW and ran upgraDe for drivers but still nothing!
