print a report to PDF error

For some reason, whenever I try toprint a report to PDF, it creates a notpad
error file instead. This does not happen while in Forms, nor with any of my
other separate data systems.
 
We aren't there. We can't see your system.

?How are you "trying to print ... to PDF"?
