Print a negative image of a clipart

Is there a way to print a negative image of a image on a overhead
transperancy film. I want to print this image directly without having to
degrade the image by reverse copying, then printing to the film. Any
suggestions?

Do you mean negative as in "flipped" or as in "everything black becomes clear
film; everything white becomes black"?
