They can be printed using the Microsoft Document Imaging application.
If you have Office 2003, you should have that. If you double click on an
..mdi file, the Open With dialog should list that application. Select it and
then check the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file"
box and then click on OK.
The application has the same menu structure and toolbar buttons as other
Office applications, including a Print button and a Print item on the File
menu.
